Cliff May Ranchos Neighborhood Association
The Cliff May Ranchos or "Rancho Estates" neighborhood is located near El Dorado Park. Spring and Studebaker define the southwest corner, with the boundary of Stevely and Premium Street making up the northeast border. There are approximately 700 homes in this midcentury modern tract built in 1953 and 1954. The Ranchos were designed by renowned architect Cliff May.
